Our tool-workshop covers an area of about 7000 square meters, equipped with up-to-date machines of high precision. There are about 65 technicians, who have five to ten years’ experience in mold making, and a majority of them can work according to drawings independently. In order to guarantee the quality of the molds, we specially pay attention to the choice of material. We use the special steel made by ASSAB Co. in Sweden and DAIDO Co. in Japan. Thus we can achieve long mold life, accurate dimension and surface hardness. The output of molds could reaches 30 sets per month.
