Engineering plays an important role in prolonging a mold’s life, high accuracy and efficiency. Our engineering department has an excellent technology team. The engineers can quickly design drawings for a product, standard mold structure and production instructions. Most of them have college or university educations with more than 10 years  experience. Some of them were expert mold-makers for years before working in engineering. Technology and practical experience for both design and manufacturing are integrated perfectly.

Our teams consists of 6 experienced mould designers utilizing the latest engineering software to directly take the clients CAD model into mould design. All mould designs are then validated to our clients tooling standards and moulding specifications.
